Our Story

Tatman Electric is the result of generations of experience and a deep respect for hard work.

Electrical work runs in the family. Dan Tatman’s grandfather started in the trade, followed by his father. Dan began working alongside his dad at just 13 years old, learning early that pride in your work matters – especially when your name is attached to it.

After time spent exploring other career paths, Dan returned home to Pittsburgh and back to electrical work. In 2016, he officially formed Tatman Electric, recognizing an opportunity to grow while still honoring the craftsmanship and values he was raised with.

The company grew steadily, and quality became the priority. Today, Tatman Electric remains purposefully sized and focused on doing excellent work.

Our team is made up of skilled professionals who take pride in their work, respect one another, and understand the responsibility that comes with working in high-end new builds.
